We assess your property and usage needs to recommend the right fencing options for safety, durability, and functionality. Whether for arenas, paddocks, or property lines, we help you choose fencing that fits your goals and looks great.
Footing plays a vital role in performance and horse health. We evaluate your riding style, climate, and soil to suggest footing materials that provide the right balance of cushion, traction, and longevity.
We use advanced GPS technology to grade your site with exceptional accuracy. This ensures a level base, proper drainage, and optimal riding conditions from the ground up.
From grading to final build, we handle every step of construction with precision and care. Your finished facility will reflect your vision and meet the highest standards for safety, performance, and durability.
I had a fantastic experience working with Twelve Oaks Enterprises to build my horse arena. From the initial meet and greet all the way to the final touches, Bryan and his team were incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. They delivered an excellent arena—on time and within our budget!
The footing is top-notch, and the drainage system works exactly as promised. Nearly three years later, everything is still performing beautifully. I absolutely love my arena and couldn’t be happier. Still a solid 5-star review from me!

As far as arena builders go there’s a few kinds, ones that sell grandiose expensive, arenas, then there’s the sandsust guys, but Brian hardin works with you on your property to develop the best arena for what you do with your horses and what you want to spend. And he checks on you when it rains 11 inches and says we may need a drain or it looks good, you’ll be all summer and winter, then we might need a little footing added. His sons also came over and did beautiful work installing Matting in my run outs.
